As the Founder and CEO of Mission Hustle and creator of the Revenue Generation Alliance (RGA), Amy brings over 20 years of nonprofit and consulting expertise in business structure and formation, capacity building, board governance, strategic planning, fundraising, and grant development. A certified Profit Coach, Lead Sensei Business Consultant, and published author, she has built a reputation as a nationally recognized revenue growth strategist.

To date, Amy has helped over 750 organizations achieve 501(c)(3) status. Her portfolio spans everything from grassroots foundation grants to multi-million-dollar federal awards, with her largest single award topping $50 million. She has successfully written and managed grants across corporate, foundation, and government streams, earning awards from some of the nation’s most respected funders.

That realization fueled her drive to provide the roadmap, tools, and support that so many founders need but rarely receive.
